Product Description

Ice glazing machine is mainly used to glaze fish fillet, fish, prawn or other sea food. Improve the seafood’s texture, protein, water holding capacity and other indicators. One-time ice hanging can reach 15%-20%, and it can also be used with a refreezer to realize circulating ice hanging. After repeated ice hanging, the amount of ice hanging can reach about 120%.
