Product Description
Tunnel freezer is a simple structure, highly efficient freezing equipment. There are stainless steel solid belt tunnel freezer and mesh belt tunnel freezer. BX freezing tunnel freezer uses the vertical airflow freezing method as it ensures an even airflow distribution, resulting in a more uniform crust and freezing. Food is loaded on a conveyor belt and into the freezing zone, where high-speed axial fans blow air through the evaporator vertically over the top of the product surface. When leaving the tunnel section, the frozen product is released smoothly from the conveyor belt. It is effective in freezing seafood, fish, shellfish, shrimp, meat, poultry, vegetable, fruits, pastry etc. Freezing capacity is between 200kg-2000kg/h.
Optional CIP (clean in place) system is available for automatic cleaning. Meet food hygiene needs and reduce labor.
Optional ADF (air defrosting system) can be used to achieve continuous and uninterrupted work. No more daily downtime for defrosting.

1. Simple structure, easy operation and long lasting.
2. Stainless steel insulation panel is filled with PU foam. All inside spare parts are SUS304. Easy for cleaning and meet HACCP requirement.
3. Adopt imported SS mesh belt. Strong and smooth.
4. Thermal wave blowing technology is adopted. Effective in freezing.
5. Single belt and double belt are available.
6. Water defrosting which ensure hygienic standard.
7. Stepless speed regulation, freezing time can be adjusted.
