Product Description
Ice glazing machine is mainly used to glaze fish fillet, fish, prawn or other sea food. Improve the seafood’s texture, protein, water holding capacity and other indicators. The ice glazing machine can be divided into two types according to the amount of ice hanging on the product demand: immersion ice glazing machine and spray ice glazing machine. One-time ice hanging can reach 15%-20%, and it can also be used with a refreezer to realize circulating ice hanging. After repeated ice hanging, the amount of ice hanging can reach about 120%.
