Product Description
The shelf-plate freezer adopts the double-effect freezing method of air blowing and contact to quickly freeze products. It is suitable for the rapid freezing of aquatic products, fruits and vegetables, pasta, and meat. Shelf plate freezers are more efficient than cold storage freezers. It is suitable for mass production. It has small footprint and high flexibility.
Structure:
1. The high-strength embedded frame of the warehouse body, the overall high-density polyurethane foam.
2. Blowing and contact double-effect freezing, high freezing efficiency.
3. Special extruded special-shaped aluminum alloy shelf plate evaporator, large heat exchange area and good thermal conductivity.
4. Dedicated axial cooling fan fully realizes air convection
5. All stainless steels warehouse body inside and outside, hygienic and easy to clear.
